Appointment Cancellations
Continuity is important in the therapeutic process, however, if you need to cancel an appointment, please contact me at least 48 hours prior to the session or you will be responsible for paying for the missed session.

Confidentiality
Your patient records and information will be kept confidential and shared only when necessary to provide care and services, or by your authorization, or when required or permitted by law.

Fees & Insurance
Typically my rates are:

Individual Therapy

$220 for a 50 minute session

Couples/Family Therapy

$255 for a 60 minute session

$285 for a 75 minute session

My office operates on a fee-for-service basis. Payment in full is due at the time of service. I accept payment in cash, Venmo, Paypal, Zelle, or by credit card via a patient portal site.
For insurance, I currently do not accept insurance plans. However, my services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. I would be happy to provide you a monthly invoice to submit to your insurance plan.
Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions to your insurance or employee benefit plan:

Good Faith Estimate Request
As of January 1, 2022, all healthcare providers are required to provide estimates for the costs of your care. The Good Faith Estimate shows the cost of items and services that are reasonably expected for your treatment. After scheduling an initial appointment, you may request from me a Good Faith Estimate document, which puts into writing cost of sessions, frequency of sessions, and duration of treatment.
